Q2: How do you ensure the quality of every process?
A2: As an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer, every production stage is strictly monitored by our in-house Quality Control department. We utilize advanced testing equipment (including tensile testing machines, salt spray testers, and thread gauges) to conduct 100% inspections. We provide Material Test Certificates (MTC) for every batch and welcome third-party inspections like SGS or TÜV.
Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A3: For in-stock items, the delivery time is 7 to 10 days. For mass production or custom orders, it generally takes 30 to 45 days, depending on the order volume and specific production requirements.
Q4: What is your payment method?
A4: Our standard payment term is 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance paid against the B/L copy. For orders under $1,000 USD, we recommend 100% advance payment via T/T to minimize international bank charges. We also accept L/C at sight for large orders.
Q5: Can you provide free samples?
Optimized: Yes, we provide standard samples free of charge, but the courier/freight cost is covered by the customer. For custom-made samples based on your drawings, a sample tooling fee may apply, which is refundable upon bulk order placement.

A8: Yes. Our standard export packaging consists of 25kg cartons on sturdy, film-wrapped pallets. However, we fully support custom small box packaging, private labels, and barcode printing to help you build and promote your own brand in your local market.
